2019 Raffle - "Trip to Italy"

The drawing for the “Trip to Italy” sponsored by OSIA Lodge 2225 will be held at the Annapolis Italian Festival on September 29th, 2019. The drawing will be held on the grounds of our Lodge at 4:00 PM. Our Lodge is located at 620 Ridgely Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland. The winner does not need to be present to win.
Purchase your raffle ticket(s) from an Annapolis Sons of Italy member. Tickets are also sold at Lodge sponsored events. You must enter your information, as well as name(s) for others if you purchase raffle tickets for them at the same time. The cost of a single ticket is $20.00. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correctness of the contact information.
You will receive a hard copy numbered ticket(s). We will sell no more than 600 raffle tickets. We will discontinue sales of raffle tickets at 2:00 PM on September 29, 2019 or when 600 tickets are sold!.
Winners will be contacted the following business day, via telephone or email. Additionally, the winner will be notified in writing. The winner authorizes OSIA 2225 to use their first name, last initial in documentation and publicity.
The value of this trip to Italy is $5,000.00 [five thousand dollars]. Galavanteers Travel is solely responsibly for all travel arrangements. The trip must be booked by December 15, 2019 and travel completed by September 30, 2020. Galavanteers Travel Company, LLC is a company located at 502 Samuel Chase Way Annapolis, MD 21404.
Passports, travel insurance, expenses while traveling, spending money are the responsibility of the winner. Additionally, any expenses travel or otherwise above the $5,000 are the sole responsibility of the winner and not Lodge OSIA 2225.
The winner can choose a monetary amount of $5,000.00 [five thousand dollars] in lieu of the trip. That decision must be made in person to an Executive Board member or in writing [postmarked no later than October 15, 2019]. The letter is to be mailed to the Recording Secretary, OSIA 2225, PO Box 3217, Annapolis, MD 21403.
Please note that OSIA 2225’s responsibility is limited to selling a maximum of 600 tickets and conducting the drawing.
